Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK
If you are a consumer, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, starting the day after you physically receive the goods. Exceptions apply where the law permits—such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, which may include opened food supplements under national implementations.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. Meeting the deadline is sufficient if you send your communication in time.
Condition of returned goods
To be eligible for a refund where return is possible, products should be returned in a condition consistent with what is reasonable for inspection. Sealed products should remain sealed unless you are returning them because they are defective or not as described.
We may reduce your refund to account for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as permitted by law.
Return shipment and inspection
After we authorize a return, we will provide the return address and any reference codes to include on the package. Use a trackable shipping method when the value of the goods warrants it. We are not responsible for items lost in transit before they reach us unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
Upon receipt, we inspect returns for eligibility. If accepted, we initiate the refund using the same means of payment you used unless you expressly agree otherwise and such agreement is lawful.
Refund timing
We will issue refunds without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit to your account.
Shipping costs
Unless you received defective or incorrect goods, or we offered free return shipping as a promotion, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning items where permitted by law. Original outbound delivery charges may be non-refundable except where required.
Defective or mis-shipped products
If an item is damaged in transit, differs materially from what you ordered, or shows a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with photographs if helpful. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to applicable consumer law and our operational capacity.
Payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause fulfillment until the payment network resolves the case. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt a good-faith resolution without unnecessary fees.
Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect logistics partners, carrier rules, or legal changes. The “Current as of” date is generated when you load the page; substantive edits are archived internally for our records.
